Orleans House Summary
This lovely traditional Cape, is located in a very desirable South Orleans neighborhood just steps away from town-owned Paw Wah Point conservation area on Pleasant Bay, famous for its warm water boating, swimming, kayaking, sailing, fishing, and clamming. The house has a fireplace in the living room, a formal dining room, and a very large eat-in kitchen. There is a screen porch for outdoor dining, a deck with picnic table and gas grill, an outdoor shower, beautiful gardens on all sides, where you can relax and enjoy lots of birds and other wildlife. All the rooms are large, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. Furnishing includes two queen-size and three twin-size beds, all with excellent mattresses. Linens are provided.
