Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Security deposit:
  The deposit fee/damage is essential and the amount of 200 euros. This must be received until you arrive. The deposit is fully refundable after your departure, provided the following provisions are met:
  - There exists no damage to property or its contents, beyond normal wear.
  - All waste must be disposed of trash and dirty dishes placed in the dishwasher.
  - All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
  - There is no damage or loss of control TV and bedding
  payment:
  The payment of an advance of 50% of the rental is required at time of booking.The advance shall be deducted the amount of the rent.Please make the payment via bank transfer or PayPal
  The advance is not a security deposit.The balance of the rent is due one week prior to arrival.
  All extra costs related to Money Transfers or Paypal are due to the person renting the house.
  The owner will not be deemed responsible for these or any other extra costs associated with the booking
• cancellations:
  Cancellations made within a minimum of 60 days to the date of arrival will be refunded without penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shorter stay or that are made ??within less than 60 days but more than 30 days from the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 15%. Cancellations made within less than 30 days from date of arrival shall not be entitled to any refund.
  There is no daily maid service:
  While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental price. However, it is available at an additional fee of 50 euros. At the entrance is provided 1 set of bed linen and towels. Stays of two weeks shall be entitled to change of bed linen and towels at the end of a week. The rates already include water, electricity, gas, TV and internet.
• LATE ARRIVALS TO CHARGES
  
  • after 19:00 an extra fee of 40 € will be charged
  • after 22:00 an extra fee of 60 € will be charged
  • We do not accept arrivals after 24:00
  
  • The accommodation will be available from 16:00 on the day of arrival
  • DEPARTURES are up to 12:00 on day of departure
  
  Mandatory Cleaning and Laundry Fee: € 40 (paid upon entry)
  
  Optional Airport Transfer - One way € 40. Return € 70 (paid upon entry)
  
  We suggest that you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit that towels or clothing of the property are taken out.
  Written Exceptions: All exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
