- A deposit of $500 is normally required to confirm the booking and provide security for any accidents or excessive cleaning/power/water costs on departure. This is kept in an Escrow Account and returned to the Client within 14 days of the rental being completed.
Balance due 40 days prior to arrival.
Additional Costs:
Social Membership of the Dunes Tennis and Golf Club $10 per person, per week.
Cleaning $175.
Sales and Tourist Tax: 11%
(Monthly rental rate is inclusive of a mid-month clean and change of linens/towels, together with $35/week towards power/water. This is non-deductible.)
Sanibel code requires one rental per 28 days for homes on Sanibel. In May-Nov it may be possible to 'blank out' two weeks of the month if required and pro-rata the monthly charge - the weekly rates/additional daily rate shown above would then apply.
