$900 per week November 28 - December 26, '09 - Off-season nightly rentals considered. $150.00 per night with a 3 night minimum for holiday and event weekends and 2 night minimum all other weekends. (Not in effect from June 20 through October 24, 2009)
Memorial Day weekend - 3 Night minimum $175 per night.

Payment & Terms: 50% deposit due within 10 days of rental agreement date. Cancellation refunds are at the discretion of the property owner. The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to arrive and the security deposit is due 15 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements are made with the property owner prior to arrival.
