All short term rentals add $150 cleaning fee. Move-out cleaning for winter season depends on how clean you leave it when your lease is up.
Pets welcome with permission and addendum to lease. Extra pet deposit (refundable if no damage) and extra pet cleaning fee-$25/dog/stay with max of $50 extra).
This rental has a 3-night minimum. 2-night minimums will be considered, depending upon season and availability, at a 15% upcharge in the nightly rate.
