- The second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle under. Both have real mattresses. There is a 3rd room upstairs which is now the TV/Family room, with a twin Murphy Bed that pulls out of the closet. We don't recommend using this as a third bedroom, since this is the TV room, but it can be used for a visitor/overflow as you wish. It does have a real mattress.
