  These prices include the 7% VAT.
  High Season is June 1 until September 30.
  Low Season is October 1 until May 31.
  Christmas, New Years, Easter, GSM Fair and other holidays will be considered as high season.
  The minimum stay for these holidays is 4 nights. Otherwise it is 3 nights.
  The apartment has a maximum capacity of 6, and may not be booked for greater numbers.
• In order to guarantee a reservation or booking, we require a down payment of 10-20% of the total price for your stay. This down payment is non refundable. Upon arrival at the apartment we require the payment of remaining balance, a 300€ security deposit against any possible damage made during your stay, and 50 Euros cleaning fee.
  
  The 300 € security deposit will be entirely refunded during the check-out if the apartment is left in good condition (as it was during the check-in) and no apartment items are damaged or missing. The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive, but it will not be cleaned during your stay.
