Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The full amount is due 60 days before arrival as well as a
security deposit of 2500.SF. which will be reimbursed at the end of the stay. All the amounts will be refunded
if the property can be rented again for the same period and the same amount.
A final cleaning and laundry charge of 350 SF will be deducted from the deposit together with any telephone
charges and any breakages/damages, Payments are by Bank Transfer only.
Arrival is after 12PM and Departure is at 12PM.
Tenants should be fully insured for accidents, personal injuries, theft, losses. The Landlord declines any recourse
that an insurance company may exercise against the Landlord in case of an accident. - References are required. 1 personal and 1 professional
The chalet is available for longer lets. i.e. month of February, or month of January. Prices upon request.

Linens are changed on a weekly basis (included in rates)
