Waterbury Center Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $350-$500/night, $2100-$3000/week (Prices are based on $35 to $50/night/person for up to 10 people)
- We have two rate structures based on peak ($500/night) and non-peak ($350/night) dates - they are based on the maximum 10-person occupancy:
Peak nights are: $500/night or $3000/week.
Off-peak are $350/night or $2100/week.
For Martin Luther King's weekend in Jan. we charge $500/night, unless someone books an entire week that includes this weekend, and then the price returns to $2100 for the week.
Prices include all cleaning, linens, trash removal, utilities, cable, high-speed internet, telephone and plowing. The only additional charge is Vermont's 9% room’s tax.
We also require a fully refundable $500 damage deposit that will be returned after the suites are inspected and deemed to be in the same condition as when you arrived.
Special pricing may be available for smaller groups of people on a last-minute basis.
Plus VT rooms tax.
