If booking more than 56 days prior to arrival a 25% deposit is required. Balance due 56 days prior to arrival.Rate includes VAT. Debit card payments: FREE. Credit card payments: Visa & Mastercard 2.9%, American Express 3.9%.
A Changeover Fee of £95 will be added to the cost of your rental. This covers your meet & greet, professional high grade bed linens/towels and exit cleaning.
A Security Deposit of £400 (authorised on credit card) is required in advance of your arrival.
