Another Master bedroom upstairs is painted beadboard and has a slider leading out to beautiful porch/deck with gorgeous lake views; 3rd bedroom is large w/ trundle bed, room for crib, futon lake views on 3 sides; last bedroom is small, has natural beadboard and terrific views.

Greenwood House Details
So many options here for winter fun: Sunday River known for its expanse of trails and superb snow-making is an easy 15 minute trip while family friendly, and much cheaper, Mt. Abram ski resort is just up the road. Our lake is terrific for cross country skiing or snowshoeing right out the door. Considered Maine's most attractive mountain village, Bethel has an array of family and upscale restaurants, shops, a movie theater, and Adventure Center featuring laser tag, and indoor rock wall, , but, of course, the best feature is the beautiful outdoors. Pets are permitted on a conditional and pre-approved basis.
We love this property and seek renters who will enjoy its serenity and respect the great effort we've taken in its care. It is terrific for 3 generations, young families, couples who appreciate the private scenic setting, but we do have good neighbors, and want to keep it that way. There are so many wonderful outdoor activities but if you get stuck inside for whatever reason, you will love the coziness and bright, warm atmosphere of this lovely scenic home.
