Side separate addition on first floor only is divided from main part of house by concrete soundproof wall offers private separate bedroom & bath with private exterior entrance/exit. Spectacular ocean scenery from bedroom. Air conditioned. Provided are TV on cable with HBO channels, guest room refrigerator, microwave, Free parking. $149 nightly weekends, $119 weeknights, & $99 extra night.
