The house is located across the street from Quonachontaug Pond, which is a salt water pond with just a large dune and beach separating it from the ocean. A boat launch and separate little beach are short walks down the just down the road. (The pond beach has no life guard and is used only at your own risk). Renters will be supplied with a beach pass to Weekapaug Beach which is a private ocean beach that has a life guard on duty during the summer season. The area has many different water sports, golf and other activities, such as fishing, hiking, biking, live theater, museums, wildlife, and amusement parks nearby. Close by you will find Watch Hill, an old fashioned New England beach community w/ world famous flying horse carousel & fine restaurants. Newport, Watch Hill, Foxwoods, and Mystic Seaport are just a short drive away.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $500/off season weekend, $1200-$2400/week
• Summer 2008 - (Owner usually uses it in August, this is subject to change in 2008)
  $2500/week plus $100 cleaning fee plus a refundable $500 damage deposit
  
  Fall and Spring rates 2007-8 (June 11 - June 23 & September 9 - October 20)
  $1800/week plus a $100 cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit
  
  Off season 2007-8 weeks available starting after October 20 and before May 15 are $1200/week plus a $100 cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit
  
  Off season weekend specials:
  $500 for 3 day/ 2 nights plus $250 for additional nights. Usual cleaning fee and damage deposits apply
