Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A $300.00 security deposit is required upon payment of the final balance, which will be returned no later than 5 working days following the receipt of the phone bill pertaining to your rental and provided no property has been damaged or defaced. In the event of cancellation, the total amount paid is forfeited. If the Villa is able to re-rent the booking at the same total price, the full amount less a 15% cancellation fee will be refunded. After final payment due date the guest count is fixed and cannot decrease.

For maximum comfort group size should include no more than 16 adults so that all adults can sleep in an actual bed. Crib, porta-crib and highchairs (2) available. All bedrooms have private baths. Master bedroom has his and her baths. The bedroom with built in twin beds is on the main living level and is a good room for handicapped guests or guests that cannot climb stairs.

Manzanillo Villa Details
Special arrangements can be made should you desire alternate check-in/check-out times if your flight times are conflicting and there are no other rentals that day The reservation deposit is 50% of the total rental fee and is due at the time the reservation is booked. The deposit is non-refundable. Reservation confirmation is not valid until the deposit is received. The balance of the rental agreement is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments for car usage are also due with the final payment. Vehicle usage hours are Monday - Saturday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Vehicle usage is $80/day, with driver (Manzanillo and Santiago only). Golf transportation to Isla Navidad can also be arranged. More info in Things to Do
