Bristol House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $800 to $1200 Not apply during Bristol race weeks
- $1200/week In-Season (May 10 - Sept 23) and Christmas - New Year's
$800/ 4 night weekdays, $800/ 3 night weekends (May 105 - September 23)
$1700/week Race Week (March 2012)
$2200/week Race Week (August 2012)
$650/ 3 day weekend October 15 '07 - May 10 '08
$650/ 4 day weekdays plus tax and a $59 cleaning fee, if needed
Off-season $150 extra days, 3 day minimum
$59 cleaning fee refunded if cleaned to pre rental condition
Security deposit required
Rates do not include local tax of 9.50% - Race weeks (Aug /March Races) are rented by week only and are booked long term in advance with $1000 deposit. Rates are much higher for this high demand week.
