Details for Kinblethmont Coach House

Entrance to the Coach house is via porch on the side of the building. This has plenty of hanging space and a utility area with large size washing machine and tumble dryer. Off the entrance hallway is a pretty double bedroom, a spacious shower room with WC, and a lovely kitchen with American style fridge freezer, electric range cooker and kitchen table. Opening from the hallway is the huge open plan living space with sun room area with 10m glassed area looking into the woodlands with sliding doors onto the patio, living room area with comfy seating, wood burning stove and large TV. There is also a dining area to seat 8/10. There is plenty of mood and ambient lighting. If both houses are being rented we can use an extra table to make a banqueting table seating 14 in the sun room area. Upstairs are three more very spacious bedrooms (2 en suite) and a large family bathroom with twin ended bath and separate shower enclosure.

  • Bathroom 1 has a shower and WC and is downstairs next to bedroom 1. Bathroom 2 is a spacious family bathroom with double ended bath and shower enclosure. Bathrooms 3 and 4 are en suite shower rooms with large shower enclosures.

  • Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and is next door to the shower room so it would be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The upstairs bedrooms are all very spacious with good quality oak furniture and plenty of storage. Bedroom 3 - the family has 2 single beds (which can be made into a double) with a full size single day bed and a truckle bed under, so it can be a twin, a double, a family room for 4 or a kids dorm for 4! All bedrooms are supplied with hair-dryers

Notes: The old walled garden of Kinblethmont House ( approx 1 Ha) is being made into an amenity area for the holiday cottages. It will have fun garden games including badminton, croquet and disc golf as well as a play area for young children. It is a 5 min woodland walk away from the Coach house. It will be completed by the end of 2012 but it is still a fun place to go before then - it is very sheltered and has large grassed areas where children can run around and have fun.
