White river rafting, kayaking Salmon River or Black River Canyon. Private Sandy Pond beach accessible in minutes by boat. .Waves like the ocean without the salt 2 public beaches: 5 minute drive Both are clean & have facilities & showers. Sandy Creek House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $2250- $2950 week
  • June, July, August:
    $2950 week for up to 12 guests (6 adults and 6 children )
    no more than 12 guest without prior approval (an additional charge may apply)

    September_October (fishing season)
    $2400/week up to 6 guests an additional charge
    of $300 for each person over 6

    Nightly rates for Sept-October
    $360 per night 3 night min up to 6 guests ( $50 per person per night over 6 max of 12)

    Nov through Mayl $2250/week all rates based on 12 guests (non holiday)

    Call for availability and rates for weekends/ Holidays or for special rates non peak season.
    And for specials for last minute availability.
