The property is located on Ocean Ave. Three bedroom unit has screened-in porch with additional deck, 1 full bath and 1/2 bath. Master bedroom has queen sized bed, second bedroom has bunk bed with twin upper and double lower. Sun room has futon and living room has queen sized sofa bed. The sauna-type outdoor shower serves both units. Plenty of free parking. Beach tags included. Equipped for vacation living and relaxation. Close to links golf course, miniature golf, boating, fishing, biking, swimming, volleyball, tennis, surfing and more. Within 5 minutes of Atlantic City. Pets are permitted. Non refundable pet fee with a maximum of one pet. Must be 21 years of age to enter into an agreement. Security deposit required. Refundable within 30 days of rental period upon satisfactory departure.
