The bedroom, living room and dining area all open onto a walk around deck, which is furnished for outside entertaining, relaxation and dining, including a gas grill. The lower floor consists of another spacious living area with a stone fireplace and a queen size sleeper couch. In addition, there is a game area and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and sit down counter with bar sink. The living area separates two bedroom suites.

Lower Level: Lower Level # 1 bedroom consists of 2 queen size beds with private bath including tub & shower plus walk-in closet. This bedroom is accessible to the lower wrap around decking and has large french windowed doors providing the same magnificent view of the lake and mountain range. Lower Level #2 bedroom is a large room with king size bed with private bath & shower and large closet also with large french windowed doors again providing the magnificent view of the lake and mountain range. Lower Level has it's own living room with stone fire place TV, DVD, plus game table, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sleeper couch plus large double set of french doors leading out onto the decking. This level also includes a utility room with large washer capacity washer & dryer with a utility tub.

Upper Level: This level consist of a large open living room area with floor to ceiling windows that exposes the magnificent view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Lake Glenville. This room has high cathedral ceiling along with stone fireplace, TV, Bosie Stereo, DVD & VCR. There is a large separate sitting area dominated by a 18th century canopied English Pub serving bar. There is comfortable open dinning area which also leads out to the outside decking for outside covered dinning and entertainment area with outside gas grill. There is a large very well quipped kitchen with with service for 10 with a sit down eating counter for four, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave plus many modern kitchen utilities. Master bedroom is located on this level and has a large king size sleigh bed, desk with High Speed Internet connection, TV, DVD, VCR, large walk in closet with master bath with shower and a private exit onto the outside decking for relaxing and privacy.

Outside: This house is on 2 acres with large circular driveway, garage with plenty of parking area and is on a dead end street located within an exclusive gated community of only 32 home sites. We have a tennis court available for your enjoyment plus there are 10 boat docks available for boating and swimming and a picnic pavilion with fireplace for lakeside cook outs. The grounds are well landscaped with natural plants and flowers and the house has central heat and air conditioning however due to the wonderful summer temperature it is very seldom needed since the house sits at 4000 feet and of course no bugs to ruin your vacation. Lake Glenville is a sand bottom lake with clear clean water and at 4000 feet is the highest lake east of the Mississippi and consists of 27 miles of shoreline along with four beautiful waterfalls and boating and jet skiing and other lake sports are popular in this area. The house is located about a 15 minute drive to the quaint mountain village of Cashiers, NC

Golf: There are 11 golf courses located with a 20 mile radius and many are available for public use as well as semi-private clubs for your golfing enjoyment. Trullum Golf Links is located less than 2 miles from our house.
