Weekends are considered: Friday night + Saturday / / Saturday + Sunday night. - Terms and method of payment: • Minimum stay 2 nights (other options on request) • 'Weekend' is considered the nights of Friday + Saturday or Saturday & Sunday • Supplement bunk bed (1.35 cm x 2.00 cm) for 1-2 persons: 20 € per night • Payment. Bank Transfer. • Requires 30% deposit to confirm reservations • The 30% deposit must be paid within three days after the reservation. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled. In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit will not be returned unless the property can be rented again on the same dates.• The remaining amount (70%) must be made 30 days before the date of entry • In case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days from the date of entry) full payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation of booking.
- • To get the whole house available to the customer is required to pay a € 200 deposit for the rental of the weekend and 300 € for the full week rental. This payment is made in cash at the time of entry and will be returned upon departure.
• Maintenance staff have regular access to housing for pool cleaning and garden or in case of failure, prior contact with tenants
• The week has input on Monday (or day set at 16:00) and departure on Monday (or scheduled day) at 11:00 am

There are three doubles and a triple or quadruple. MIMOSA-Double bed. JASMINE-Double with two beds that can be converted into a large double bed (2. 00 x 2. 00). This bedroom also has a large double cabin (1. 35 x 2. 00) for one adult or two children. LAVENDER-Double with two beds, also convertible into a double bed (2. 00 x 2. 00). SANDALWOOD-Double bed.
