*There is a 7% Maine sales tax added to rental fee.
*There is a 1 week minimum and 2 week maximum stay at the cottage. We understand that some guests may not be able to stay for their full week(s) however we do not offer partial-week rates.
*Cancellation policy: A 35 day notice is required for a full refund 'less' the reservation deposit. If less than 35 days, no refund will be made unless the cottage can be re-rented for the same exact week(s) on the lease. Sorry for any inconvenience.
