Lamoine Cottage Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $450 and $550 Weekly
  • Rates include State of Maine 7% sales Use Tax

    Rentals are Saturday 3PM to Saturday 10AM

    Reservations made prior to January will require $100 Deposit

    January 15 one half of the balance is due, 6 weeks prior to occupancy remaining is due
  • $550/week July & August $450/week June, September & October Rates include State of Maine 7% sales Use Tax.
