It also assures you of the validity of this rental. We find it well worth the extra commission that we pay to make sure our guests are well taken care of. Lose your keys, something breaks, or isn't working you just call them and they will take care of it. Local repairmen respond to the agency's clients much quicker than to indivitual unit owners.
