Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• PRICES
  1-2persons sharing = 120 Euros per night
  3-4 persons sharing = 160 Euros per night
  
  5% discount is applied to all bookings over 10 nights.
  
  There is a 75 Euro charge for the professional cleaning that takes place before check in and for the fresh linen and towels, this is split between the cleaner and the check in girl and is mandatory (check in before 9pm - no fee)
  If you arrive after 9pm there is a 30 Euro additional fee, after midnight it is 50 Euros additional fee.
• HOW TO BOOK:
  
  20% is due at time of booking via PAYPAL. You do not have to have a paypal account to transfer money but pay pal transfers will incur a 4% fee and is the liability of the guest.
  
  The remaining 80% is due on arrival in CASH in EUROS along with the 75 Euros cleaning fee.
  Please note: If guest are departing your day of arrival check in time is at 4pm, however it is always possible to drop off luggage at 11am and return by 4pm (sometimes earlier) when the apartment will have been cleaned and prepared for you.
• Check out time is strictly 11am. We can not store luggage.
  
  A photocopy of the passport from the person who reserved and booked the apartment will be required on check in. The confirmation of the reservation will also be required.
  
  Full refund of the 20% deposit given if cancellations are made 30 days in advance of arrival. After 30 days, no refund. Prices will not be adjusted if guests drop out / leave early once the 20% has been paid.
