- The fees include: heating / air conditioning, internet access, TV, hair dryer, linen for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, initial and final cleaning, water, electricity and gas (for stays less than 14 days) and breakfast (Italian). Cot, highchair and bottle warmers are free (by reservation only).
Prices do not include tourist tax (€ 2 per person per day), the security deposit of € 100 to be paid at the time of arrival at the keys, and the use of washing and drying (€ 15 per kg. 2, 5 of laundry) and anything else not included under the heading 'The rates include'.
When booking deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, as deposit, payable by bank transfer. The settlement will be paid at the time of arrival at the delivery of keys or cash, or Cash Machine or Visa / Mastercard. - Fees are per room occupied by two people. Supplement for 3rd and 4th person € 15 per person per day (free children under 3 years old).

The building that houses the apartment is located on a picturesque and characteristic staircase (and for this reason that, unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate customers with disabilities in walking), and the apartment is located on the first floor. Being in the heart, in a building of 1800 there is no elevator. There are a few steps (10 to rise from Via Leonina or 15 down Via Cavour).
