Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The deposit is Euro 500, which will be refunded 2 weeks after your departure on your given bank account, and after damage free delivery of the villa. We are aware that the air-conditioning can be really expensive, and therefore we estimate a bill of Euro 200 per week of rental of the home, if you exceed this amount we have the right to charge the tenant for this. However this only happens if you turn on all the air-conditioning units in each room at night and during the day. We hope you can understand this, 1 it is very bad for the environment, and 2 very bad for your own health. We always recommend turning on the air-conditioning one hour before sleeping and turn it off when you go to sleep, then you won´t get sick and sleep well.
- Payment in advance of 20% upon booking and the remaining amount and the deposit in full 30 days before arrival to be deposited on the given account. If canceled within 30 days’ notice we reserve the right to keep the down payment. We miss out due to late bookings.
