Extra charge per night of $30-$45 per night for extra people if applicable. - 50% of the total amount due shall be paid within 10 days of the date reservation is made. The remaining
50% plus a security deposit of $300 shall be paid to the owner 60 days before the first day of the rental period.
In the event of a last-minute reservation, funds shall be paid in a money order or a certified bank check —
full payment plus security deposit shall be due and payable by overnight mail.
Cancellation policy: In the event that the tenants cancel this agreement, all money collected will be retained.
If the owner is able to re-rent the cottage for that time period, the retained amount will be returned to the tenants,
less a 15% cancellation fee. Travel Insurance is recommended for airline and accommodation cancellation expenses.
