Rental periods of less than 1 week are pro rated and incur a £40 cleaning fee.
All rates are subject to 12% state tax.
Pool heating is £10/day and is recommended from October thru April.

- Bedrooms 1 and 2 have large en suite bathrooms with corner bath, walk-in shower, double vanity and separate toilet. These bedrooms also have large walk-in wardrobes and chest of drawers. Each has an LED TV. Bedroom 3 has an adjacent bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. This bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. This bedroom also has an LED TV. This bedroom also has a Graco playard/play-pen that has an integrated cushioned baby changer, cushioned baby napper and baby bed. Bedding is included. The playard/play-pen is light and has wheels so can easily be moved. A Graco highchair is also available and it too has wheels for easy use. Sofa bed in living room only suitable for small children.
