Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly rates are based on 28 nights. Discounts offered at 10% off weekly rental rates for bookings of 11 nights to 20 nights rental and 15% off weekly rental rates for bookings of 21 nights to 27 nights excl. February, March, Easter and 20 July to 9 August. The rate is based on 8 occupants, this home will accommodate a further 2 occupants which we charge a nominal surcharge for each additional guest.
- Price includes: cleaning on departure, tax, electricity etc. Pool heating an additional $130 per week. Bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a $150 cleaning fee.
- Rental rates quoted in USD, however, we do accept other currencies and various payment methods. Please ask for details. 25% deposit required to secure a booking. $350 - Security Deposit payable with final rental balance.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights, walk-in wardrobes in the Master and Queen Bedroom, California Organised Closets in both Twin Bedrooms and alarm clocks (three with electric alarm clocks and the Disney Theme bedroom has a Disney theme alarm clock). Infant travel cot and child's high chair is also provided for guest use if travelling with young children. These can be found in the master bedroom walk-in wardrobe.
