Conway (Storyland & factory outlets & skiing), 10 minutes to Saco River and Fryeberg, 45 minutes to Portland coast , 35 minutes to Sunday River skiing, and 15 minutes to 3 golf courses. Immediate area offers excellent cross country skiing and snowmobile trails. Bridgton center is 6 miles away - offering many restaurants and vacationer-oriented recreational activities.
