Time of arrival 4 pm and departure 10 am on Saturdays.
Mandatory security deposit on 10% of the rental fee.
Towels and linen included and changed weekly on Saturdays
6 hours of cleaning on Saturdays/Departure
Appliances: washing machine, dryer, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer, TV, CD/stereo, fireplace, barbecue, and wireless Internet - You can rent only one of the houses and pay 60 or 70 percent of the price depending on the house or both the big houses for 85 percent of the fee.
