- We require a signed rental agreement and 1/2 of your rental amount to hold the reservation, a second 1/4 is due by April 30 and the remainder is due three weeks prior to your arrival. Deposits are not refundable.
July and August weeks in the Palace generally begin and end on Fridays. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, check-out is before 10:00 AM.
