This beautiful lakefront home is nestled right on deep water of Lake Lanier. Scattered trees provide privacy and panoramic views of the water. A level 75 foot walk to water and dock with party deck and swim ladder. This area of the lake enjoys a peaceful setting away from the congestion of the south lake traffic. This beautifully furnished home has over 2300 sq ft of living space. A stone fireplace with high ceilings and skylights give an open feeling to this house. Lots of glass doors open on to a large wrap-around deck. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the lake with private bath. The main level has one bedroom with a full bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. The bedroom in the furnished basement has a queen bed and sliding doors that open to the patio and view of the lake. There is a playroom with a TV/VCR and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has all the amenities of home. Located four miles from GA400 in Dawsonville, GA.
