Rental charges – stays of more than 7 nights are pro rata to the weekly rate.
1 May - 30 November - Minimum stay of 4 nights required
1 December - 30 April - Minimum stay of 7night required
Holiday rate: December 15th - January 10th - Weekly rate 1150 GBP - Rates include maid and laundry services, normally 4 days a week, without any additional service charge, but staff gratuities are welcomed at guests’ discretion. Babysitting is available at nominal additional cost, paid directly to the housekeeper. A welcome pack is provided with some basic items, but initial provisioning is available and charged at cost.
A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation within 16 weeks prior to your booking, unless a direct replacement booking is found. The balance is payable 35 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
