Supplements apply for UK bank holidays (weekend rate + £20) and may apply for other dates e.g. Valentine's Day [14th Feb] (+ £20).
For short stays (5 nights or less) an additional short stay supplement may be payable.
Online list prices are based on a party of 5 people - extra person supplement from £35 GBP per person per stay.
- PAYMENTS - Deposit (25%), Balance (75%) and Refundable Security Deposit (£300 GBP),
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
The balance of 75% is due 5 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
If your booking begins within 5 weeks the 25% deposit is due on booking and the remaining 75% within a calendar week of booking.
If within 10 days 100% due on booking.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable security deposit of £300 GBP is required - via PayPal - refunded within 72 hours of departure.
- OTHER NOTES:
CLEANING: There is NO cleaning fee. We expect to hoover, dust & wipe all surfaces, and clean the bathroom and toilet etc on your departure, but we don't expect the flat to be left in an unreasonable state on your departure. You will have access to the hoover and cleaning materials if you happen to need them during your stay for any reason.
