Nightly rates 3/1/08 - 9/30/08 $125/night, 2 night minimum when available. 1.5 miles from the center of Damariscotta on the Damariscotta River. Completely furnished.
Guest Book: 7/29/07 - Another great stay along the river. The lobster & unusually fresh eggs were a real treat. We will be back - save Gary some lobsters! Fran & Gary, Put-in-Bay, OH 5/30/07 - Thank you so much for your warm welcome and flexibility. The apartment is a cozy home away from home/ thanks for the yummy treats! Carol 8/06 - Thank you again for your courtesy & wonderful company. We had a wonderful time and hope to see you again. Stay in touch. Judy & Gabe 8/06 - We had a wonderful time with you and will be back next season. 6/06 - 9/06 - Winter renter requested to rent remaining weeks into winter 07 rental as he enjoys the rent so much.
