Clifford's Cove, 1/4 mile from open ocean, is the beautiful setting for Clifford House, a five bedroom Victorian period farmhouse on 3 1/2 acres on Rutherford Island, South Bristol, Maine. The Island is connected to the mainland by a small bridge in the picturesque fishing village of South Bristol. The main house has 3 bedrooms and one bath. The in-law apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. A short hallway connects them. They each have living rooms and kitchens. The main house has a screened porch.

Clifford's Cove is 1/4 mile from open ocean. Clifford House has a spacious yard with plenty of room for volleyball and croquet. Use of the dock and float are included. Boat moorings are available at Christmas Cove, which is within walking distance. Boothbay Harbor, Pemaquid State Park and Beach, boat rentals, boat rides, moorings, and golf course are nearby.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $2000/week June 21 - June 27 and July 12 - July 25
    $2500/week June 28 - July 11 and July 26 - Sept 26
