• - Once you have made an inquiry we will confirm availability and the rate to you.
  - If you confirm your booking, we will then hold your dates for 48 hrs until we have received your signed contract.
  - A reservation deposit amounting to 30% of the rental rate, is due within 7 days of your confirmation.
  - On receipt of your reservation deposit you will receive your Reservation Booking Form.
  - Your balance of payment is due 60 days before your arrival.
  - Once we receive your balance, you will receive details of how to find the property and contact details of who will be here on arrival to let you into the property and hand over the keys to you.
  
  Security Deposit : Euro 500.00 returnable on departure, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
