Acapulco Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1500-$3500/week (Negotiable)
- Rates vary depending on time of year / season / holiday.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book listing. How does the non-refundable deposit policy work? Should, in any event, your plans change for whatever reason, your deposit is valid with us for up to 180 days. During this time, you can reschedule your plans to a different date, as long as the date is available. Being that the price varies depending on time of year, if the deposit is less than 50% of next available rental rate, the difference will need to be made up prior to booking. The remaining 50% deposit needs to be paid 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
An additional $300 damage deposit must be paid for 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, or with second half of deposit. The damage deposit will be returned on day of departure by management, if everything remains undamaged as was prior to arrival. - Included in the weekly packages is a housekeeping service, which has a maid come daily and tend to you as you choose. For an additional charge, the maid can prepare breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner as per your request. This price needs to be negotiated with the maid directly; it is entirely your choice.

- This penthouse condo has 2 large master suites, each with a king bed and private deck with incredible view. The third bedroom has a queen, and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed great for kids. Both the third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall between the bedroom doors. There are also 2 inflatable queen-size beds which are easily deflated and stored away anywhere.
