Folly Field Villa Summary
Balcony has great views of ocean and beach. Only twenty paces to the beach! Our two bedroom villa is located on the south side of Admirals' Row's oceanfront 'A' building at Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. The resort boasts two outdoor pools along the oceanfront with pool bar and grill, 10 lighted tennis courts (tennis instruction available), convenience store, tavern and restaurant. We are a year-round resort community situated mid-island on fifty-six landscaped acres and are very convenient to the rest of the island and to Savannah (30 miles). Golf and restaurants nearby (be sure to read renters' comments on the many great restaurants in our quest book). Great walking and swimming beach for adults and kids (10 miles long). Fitness center (membership included) and video arcade on property. High speed internet (broad band) access included. Welcome to our home away from home. I hope that you have as enjoyable times as we have had for the last 19 years.

Notes:
Wet bar, balcony, outside shower. Boat, bike, and canoe rentals available. The resort has the largest ocean side pool on the island complete with poolside Bar and Grill. Admirals' Row, where our two villas are located, also has its own pool. For the children there is a playground on-site as well as fishing lagoons. In the summer there are secluded, supervised activities for the young and young of heart. Membership to on-site fitness center included. High speed (broad band) internet access included. Note for Club Corp members. There are three clubs on the island, one in Savannah, and one in Charleston that you have access to.
