It is a roomy 1100 square foot home with clean porcelain tile floors through out. It is surrounded by a patio of potted tropical plants, a bubbling fountain, inviting padded lounges and outdoor dining tables. It is an easy two blocks of walking to La Jolla's picturesque Marine Street beach. It is a short walk to Sunday Farmers Market and the Village which features a variety of stylish boutiques, world class galleries and fine restaurants.
Beyond La Jolla, the World Famous San Diego Zoo; Balboa Park; Sea World; Historical Downtown Gas Lamp District and other attractions are just a short drive away. Linens are provided and there is an extra comforter for winter. 100% cotton There is a new wall furnace in living room and a space heater is provided. There is also a portable fan for the summer.
