Encinitas Townhome Details
Grandview Beach at end of street: It's just a short walk down to Grandview Beach, about 200 yards to the water. The beach there is a nice sandy beach accessed easily by steps. The beach here in Encinitas is much less crowded than San Diego beaches. Neptune is the oceanfront road here and is a one-way road great for biking, sunset strolls, and roller blading. You are just 5 miles from Legoland and only 20 miles north of the central San Diego area. You can enjoy San Diego attractions for the day and then come home to your quiet beach home in beautiful Encinitas.
Palm and Dolphin themes: One side of home is decorated in a palm theme right down to the bath towels. Attention to detail has given this home a wonderful tropical vacation feeling. The furnishings are first class right down to the cherry wood decorated bathrooms. It's a great house for a big family reunion or corporate retreat. Enjoy the privacy of a huge home on a very large lot, a rarity around the beach.
