1st bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area with sofa, sm. dining table for 2, it's own satellite TV, VRC, DVD player.
2nd bedroom has a king size bed.
3rd bedroom has twin beds and bunk beds (it can sleep 4).
There is a huge gas BBQ grill in the courtyard.
Plenty of snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, skim board, beach toys, 4 kayaks (2) 2/man and (2) 1/man.
There is a large upper deck for sunning and a lower shade deck with hammocks.
All linens, (plenty of beach towels too), dishes, pots & pans, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, dishwasher, washer, dryer. Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, stereo CD player in family room.
WiFi Internet connection.
