  • Please note that deposits are non refundable and full refunds on canceled bookings can only be given up to 6 weeks before arrival date after this we will give only 5% of the booking cost back in accordance with European guidelines on holiday bookings and accommodation.

  • There is a bathroom on each floor of the property. The upper floor has a luxury bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Towel radiators in both bathrooms.

  • The beds in the 3 larger rooms are all 'link and zip' this means that they can be either king/super king size beds or single beds depending on your requirements. The Single room also has the possibility of being pulled out to make a cosy double bed. If you have an extra guest or two you are also welcome to use the sofa bed in the sitting room.

Notes: As the property is on the 1st and 2nd floors of a sea front villa, it does mean that the views are wonderful and uninterrupted, but it also means that there are quite a lot of stairs: so for those with very young children we have stair gates available. We would also like to point out that it may not be best suited to those with mobility issues. We like to welcome you with a taste of products from the local area. You will find enough of everything to get you well started on your vacation, from coffee and tea to soap and laundry products.
