Hurricane Policy: (Englewood has not been hit by a hurricane in living memory)
If there is a Hurricane Warning from the National Hurricane Center in effect for the Englewood area during your stay or planned stay:
A.) If prior to your arrival there is damage including power outages in the immediate area that will effect the enjoyment of your stay, you may postpone your arrival, or cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
B.) If your are staying at the property, you will not be charged for the period that the Hurricane Warning is in effect for the Englewood area. If there is damage to the area or to the property tat will effect the enjoyment of your stay, you may cancel the balance of your stay, and receive a refund of the unused nights.
