Muskegon House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- May is $1,500, June is $2,000, July and August are $3,500, September is $1,500
- 2013 May is $1,500 per week, June 1-13th is $1,695 per week, The last two weeks of June are $1,895 per week, July and August are $3500 per week. Labor Day week and weekend please call. After Labor Day weeks in September are is $$1,500 per week and available for weekends too.
Cancellation Policy- If you rent a property and are unable to keep your scheduled reservation, you will still be charged for the full amount of your stay,unless we are still able to re-rent the property for your scheduled time.If we do re-rent it, you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee and any direct expenses or reductions in price.
Call for weekends or short stays year round call or email we can accommodate special occasions. We have 3 beautiful furnished waterfront properties in Muskegon. - May 2013 is $1,295 to $1,500 per week. The first two weeks in June are $1,695 per week, and the last two weeks in June are $1,895 per week. July and August are $3,500 per week. September after Labor Day is $1,295 per week. Weekends throughout the Fall, Winter, and Spring are available. Email or call for price on weekend and weekday stays.

- We have 5 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king outfit with a fireplace. There are 2 more bedrooms each with queen beds. There are two more bedrooms each with a set of bunk beds. The furnishing and the bedding and linens are very nice.
