Location, location! All with privacy, stunning views & convenience. Avondale Ridge borders the Blue Ridge Parkway (BRP) and is conveniently accessed - just a mile off NC Hwy 74 - at the confluence of I-40, I-240 and ramp access to the BRP - extremely convenient to downtown Asheville (just outside the city limits & about 5 miles to downtown - views of the south side of city from the decks), the Biltmore Estate (next exit west off I-40 - maybe 10 minutes away), & Chimney Rock Park (Chimney Rock Park is about 23 miles south on Hwy 74). Downtown has wonderful, eclectic (non-chain) dining & shopping. What a great town to walk & explore (we recommend the downtown 'Urban Trail'). Grocery shopping is located within five minutes of the house on Hwy 74 along with additional shopping & dining. Asheville is great for Antiquing, Arts & Craft shopping, dining, hiking, biking, golfing, and all the Southern Appalachian & Western NC Mountains have to offer. Call for suggestion about what to do!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $325 - 425 nightly, $1950 - $2400 wkly, based on the time of the year, add 6.75% taxes to all totals

This house is wonderful for families to share, family reunions, special group gatherings. Pets are allowed, $15 per pet per night, maximum fee of $75 per pet per stay. $250 security deposit & acceptance of policies required (see website for our policies)
Daily housekeeping is available if scheduled in advance, $15 hourly. Many guests enjoy a 2 hour ($30) 'refresh' each day added to their daily or weekly rate. Mid-week housekeeping is also popular to add to the weekly rate.

- Bedroom 1 & 2 are on the main level, each with a Queen Bed (up to 4 guests on level 1). Bedroom 3 is upstairs & has a King bed. A large additional family/game room (with incredible views & decking) is upstairs & there is one roll-away twin for this large open space as well as a sleeper sofa. The small Bedroom 4, with a bunk bed in it, also opens up off the family room (Accommodations for up to 8 guests on the upper level). Bedrooms 5 & 6 are on the lower lover with sliding glass doors opening off to a third level of decks). Each of the downstairs bedrooms has a Queen bed & single twin in it (up to 6 guests on this level). There is a bathroom and decking on each level of the house and a Sauna off of the lower level decks.
