- Rates vary depending on season and number of people...
- A 50% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental amount + security deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Rates include utilities and services. With use of the pool heater, there is an additional charge. Maid's cleaning fee is $200. Security deposit to be refunded after the house is inspected or within 30 days after vacating the property. We are strictly family rentals..No Prom Groups
