- A 50% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance of the amount + security deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Short term rates include utilities and services. With use of the pool heater, there is an additional charge. Maid's cleaning fee is approx. $300. Security deposit to be refunded after the house is inspected or within 30 days after vacating the property. We are strictly family..No Prom Groups
