Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $325-$420/weekend; $850-$975/week.
- Vacation week December26-Jan 1st, 7 nights: $1250.00 plus 9% Tax, $75.00 Cleaning.
Security/damage deposit required for all rentals which is returned in full after rental, as long as there is no damage.
Summer 2013: June Specials: $825/week; $325/weekend
June 26-Labor Day: $975/week, plus $75.00 cleaning
