Summer rentals are Saturday 3 PM to Saturday 10 AM.
Negotiable time frame 3 day minimum 'shoulder season'.
Holiday weekends like Memorial, Labor and Columbus Day are 'negotiable' depending on availability and size group.
Being a '3 season cottage' we apologize for NOT being available during the long Maine winters! - These rates are for 'up to 6' people. We charge an additional $100/pp for the over 6, and UP to 8...our maximum permitted. We do not permit 'tent' camping to accommodate even larger groups per a neighborhood association and common sense policy.
During the 'Shoulder Seasons', the less than prime time SUMMER weeks, we realize that sometimes there is interest for 'just a couple' verses multi-family and large families. IF this is the case PLEASE let us know so that we can 'work a deal'. THANK YOU.

- On occasion we are asked or it is mentioned 'only one bathroom?' We point out that Mousam Lake is a very very clean fresh water lake. Spend almost any time in it and you'll not feel the need for that 'extra' shower. Folks that spend a day at the ocean beaches, which are only 30 minutes away (Wells/Ogunquit & Kennebunk) can't wait to jump in, to freshen up, clean off (salt and sands). It works!

- If needed and negotiated the living room does have an additional 'double' sofa bed, but we feel it is best for you to try to limit your group to 6 or less. The sofa bed works great for '2 couples' or an 'in-law overnight'. Thanks. Also, we are prepared to provide linens if you'd prefer this, charging basically only what the local laundromat charges for WDF (wash, dry, fold).
